This dentist office is on the Eastside of Spartanburg SC. The things I liked about this dentist office is: the dental hygienist, dental assistants, receptionist and the dentist were very friendly and caring. I was able to get my cleaning and cavities fixed the same day. The dentist office is very clean and it smells clean. I can tell that the staff and the dentist take pride in their dentist office. The dentist and dental assistant made me feel very comfortable as possible and they were gentle with my teeth and gums. Also I like the fact that they have flat screen tvs in the ceiling so that you can be distracted and calm during the process. The staff was very kind and accommodating. Dr. Bhattal is the most amazing dentist I've ever experienced! Her and her staff is very polite, patient, understanding and overall amazing! It's crazy to think that after seeing 3 different pediatric dentists within the last year, they all pushed sedation on my 4 year old girls. Without trying anything else! They didn't even try! Didn't even do x rays! I knew all along that my girls didn't need as much work as they were saying and they ignored everything I had said... They only cared about the money they would be making. I believe in sedation... But I don't believe little kids should be put to sleep, especially without knowing how they would react to the medicine, before pouring it into their little fragile bodies! So something told me to just call Dr. Bhattal, even though she is not a pediatric dentist. She had seen my twin girls for the first time and said that they really didn't need much work done at all, also didn't need any root canals on baby teeth (in which the other dentists were saying they needed)! She's been using the nitrous gas on them both and they have only needed a few fillings with one tooth pulled! Dr. Bhattal actually listened to us when it came to our kids and said it wasnt right that the other dentists wouldn't even try nitrous on them or any other method besides sedation. All the kids repeatedly say how much they love that place and that they love the dentist! Within just a few months, they have completed all of their dental work and the kids have not shed one tear! ALWAYS trust your maternal instincts! You can't always trust doctors and dentists but you can definitely trust her and her staff! This place is a MUST. I really don't understand how anyone has given them a bad review! - Shawna O.

Today was my very first visit. I am overjoyed with how things went. Everyone was so nice and took really great care of my teeth. I am so happy to smile now because my teeth are a whole lot better. Dr. Bhattle was the most kind Dentist I have ever encountered!!! She was superb as the rest of the staff as well! My neck was hurting and on her on she got me a neck pillow. She also got me a blanket and swabbed my lips with chap stick as I was having a crown done and had my mouth open for a long time. I didn’t ask her to do any of it she just felt my pain and my needs.
